The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout out for Charlotte :)) Nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was a small selection but very tasty (especially the sausage and the fresh, bake your own, blueberry waffles), and breakfast staff were on point. Location was absolutely perfect!!! Few minutes walk to everywhere. Great value for money. We were so glad we picked this place.

The property was an older hotel, but had been redone fairly nicely to average standards. It was very clean and the staff made up the room every day without asking. Overall, the staff was attentive, particularly the person running the breakfast buffet. The location was fantastic, on the main street with restaurants, shops and the Kennedy Museum steps away. Also, a 5 minute walk to the ferries.....perfect for those wishing to have a place to park and walk onto the boat. Did not use the pools (the outdoor pool was just being set up for the season), but both looked to be well maintained.

The location was perfect for both bus station and Ferry terminal, ideal when using public transport. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, decent selection. Loved the coffee availability in the reception area. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Location to downtown Hyannis and the ferry. It was quiet. Fresh fruit at breakfast. Daily maid service. Plenty of free parking.

the bed was very comfortable, the room temp was good-AC worked well. It was walking distance to downtown, and harbor area. They had a continental breakfast served also but we didn't try it.

The pools were fantastic. The hot tub was very nice also. Having a balcony was also a bonus. This is a great location too. There is a lot to do in the immediate area with Hyannis Harbor and downtown Hyannis sops and restaurants all within walking distance.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was exactly where we were hoping it would be. The facility was such that we stayed in a Comfort Inn on our trip to Chicago. As we'd been comfortable at this location, it was worth trying another.
